Learning to Relax When You Have Anxiety

It may feel worse before it feels better.

Anxiety is hard to tame. Many times it will feel like you are climbing a mountain made of grease. Each time you think you get a foothold and start to pull yourself up, you slip and end up sliding right back down to the bottom.
